Growthnova now ships experiments faster than their clients expect

The situation

An agency selling growth services with a website that couldn’t support its own growth is a credibility problem. Growthnova’s site was slow to update, hard to experiment with, and producing analytics too noisy to act on. The brand promise and the website were out of alignment.

The challenge

Growth agencies live or die by their ability to test fast and read the data clearly. If your own site can’t support that workflow, two things happen: you can’t demonstrate the methodology to potential clients, and your team loses confidence in the tooling.

Growthnova needed a Webflow build that could move at agency speed — not one that required a developer for every change.

What we built

We built the site in Webflow with the agency’s workflow in mind. Modular CMS structure so the team can update and publish without touching code. Clean analytics instrumentation so traffic and conversion data is actionable.

The design reflected the Growthnova brand — confident, data-informed, built for an audience that knows what good looks like. The team needed to understand abstract marketing concepts without hand-holding. We worked that way from day one.

The result

Growthnova now deploys changes and runs experiments on their own timeline. Analytics are set up to give clear signals. Lucas specifically noted faster deployment, more experiments running, and analytics that are actually useful — the three things an agency needs its own site to do.
